In our last post, we wrote about a Washington State legislator who had introduced a bill to tax and regulate marijuana. Now, the incoming mayor of Seattle, Mike McGinn, says marijuana should be regulated “like alcohol…not treated as a criminal activity.” I wonder if there are any mayors in Nevada that would like to follow the lead?
