Today, we released a television ad asking what Washoe County District Attorney Richard Gammick has been smoking. Mr. Gammick seems to think that marijuana users are less responsible than alcohol drinkers, but we beg to differ. At the end of the ad, which you can see here, we ask him if he wants Washoe County to be safer. After all, marijuana is safer than alcohol and less likely to lead to acts of violence. Maybe if Mr. Gammick visited our Web site and took our “Potentially Deadly Alcohol-Marijuana Quiz” he would learn a few things. The ad will air on KRNV in Reno.
